Our clinicians deliver the same compassionate, whole-person care virtually that you would experience in person. Whether you’re navigating stress, transitions, mood concerns, or ongoing emotional support, telehealth helps remove barriers to care and makes engagement easier on your schedule.
Booking Your Appointment
Telehealth visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link for your session via email, and a reminder via SMS before your visit.
Booking Your Telehealth Intake Appointment
- Go to the Schedule Your Session page to learn about our appointment options.
- Select your preferred appointment type: Therapy or Medication Management.
- View our calendar and select a day and time for your intake appointment.
- Provide your contact information for appointment confirmation and reminders.
- Once your appointment is created, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure telehealth link and access to our Client Portal to complete required paperwork.
- Log into our Client Portal prior to your appointment to complete your intake paperwork.
- At the time of your appointment, click the link provided to join your session.
Please Note: Telehealth visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Reminder messages are sent via email and text at 72 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before your visit.
Before Your Visit
Once your appointment is created:
- You will receive a confirmation email with access to our secure Client Portal and information about your appointment.
- Log into the Client Portal to complete your intake paperwork prior to your appointment.
- Reminder messages will be sent prior to your appointment and will include a secure telehealth link for your session.
- At the time of your appointment, the telehealth video link can be accessed via your confirmation email or Client Portal.
To help your telehealth session go smoothly:
- Use a device with a stable internet connection.
- Choose a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable.
- Test your camera and microphone before your appointment begins.
Please Note: Your intake paperwork, which includes clinic consent forms and questionnaires, must be completed before your first appointment begins. If forms remain incomplete prior to your appointment, someone from our office may call you to assist in the process.
Joining the Visit
- At your scheduled appointment time, use the link provided in your confirmation email or via your Client Portal to join your video session.
- Allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
- Your provider will admit you to the video session to begin your appointment.
