About Us

Who We Are

At Mygda, we believe mental health care should feel supportive, straightforward, and tailored to the individual. There’s no single path to healing, and no universal definition of what “better” looks like. We start by understanding where each person is in their life and their goals. From there, we work together to build care that makes sense for you. Our team is dedicated to supporting adults and seniors with compassion, respect, and clear communication.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Care

At Mygda, care begins by understanding the full picture of who you are, your story, goals, and needs, not just your symptoms. We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we partner with each person to build care that is meaningful, realistic, and tailored to their life.

Patient-Paced

Healing takes time. We respect readiness, pace, and lived experience.

Collaborative

Decisions are made together, with clarity, respect, and shared understanding.

Ethical & Human-Centered

Our role is to guide and support — not to sell quick solutions or promise instant outcomes.

Care evolves over time, adapting as your needs change, and we provide ongoing support every step of the way.

Why Mygda

Choosing mental health care is a deeply personal decision, and at Mygda, we honor that. You’ll find a team that blends clinical expertise with genuine compassion, who listens deeply, values your individuality, and crafts care that fits your life. We focus on respectful collaboration, thoughtful planning, and connecting evidence-based care with your goals for wellness.

Whether you’re beginning your journey, seeking more human-centered care, or looking for continuity and clarity in your treatment, Mygda meets you where you are.
